Register for Man of the Household

(By signing up, you're confirming that you plan to take the four modules of this course between March 9th and April 6th.)

You're signing up to receive emails from LifeCraft.

While LifeCraft’s Man of the Household and Woman of the Household courses are available to take at any time in a self-guided format, we are excited to now offer a “live” version of these courses where LifeCraft members can learn synchronously and receive exclusive content from John via optional Zoom sessions.

Our next four-week session of course offerings will run from March 9 – April 6, 2022. Participants will watch online videos on their own time each week, participate in online discussion with other members, and have the opportunity for interactive discussion and new content from John via Zoom Q&As each Wednesday night. Grab a friend or a group and sign up!

Here's the course schedule:
  • Module 1: March 9th-15th
  • Module 2: March 16th-22nd
  • Module 3: March 23rd-29th
  • Module 4: March 30th-April 6th

- FAQ -

What do I need to take the course?

A computer or tablet, preferably with video capabilities if you'd like to participate in the Zoom sessions on Wednesday nights.

How do I sign up?

Just use the form above to enter your email address. After signing up, you’ll receive weekly reminders with links to course resources and details for Zoom sessions.

What time are the live Zoom sessions?

The Man of the Household Zoom sessions will take place at 9 pm Eastern on Wednesday nights from March 9-April 6.

How much of a commitment is this?

By signing up for the course you are primarily committing to do one module per week for four weeks. This includes one video (45 minutes to an hour) you watch on your own time, and questions for reflection and resolutions. You are warmly invited to join our optional live Zoom sessions each Wednesday evening at 9 pm if and when you are available.

What if I can't make the Wednesday evening sessions?

The Wednesday sessions (45 minutes) are a great opportunity to get further explanation of the content, hear suggestions about getting the most from the course, and ask questions of John. If you're unable to make these, no worries! You are welcome to register and take the course with other LifeCraft members even if you can't make the Wednesday sessions.

Why take Man of the Household?

Many of us married men feel deep within that we can and should be better husbands and fathers. And we are probably right. We can be a better man of the household. We sense that being a man in our household is central to our vocation, yet we often struggle to find our place there.

We can rediscover the gift of being man of the household. There is a truth written into who we are, a pattern and indeed a plan in nature for the astounding reality of a household, and the key relationships in it.
